At Natural Health Solutions we use a variety of assessment tools to
identify the root causes of your health problems.
Consultation/Coaching
During the Initial Consultation we spend approximately 90 minutes
with you in conversation, both listening, questioning, and
responding as you describe your health challenges. In this process
we combine your verbal information with what you report on the
“Health Appraisal Questionaire” and the “Nutritional Assessment
Form”, as well as the information I gather from your laboratory
reports to begin planning your course of treatment. Laboratory
reports identify problems of hydration, detoxification ability,
digestion, cellular energy, constitution, pH levels,
oxidation/reduction, mineral analysis, qi energy levels, and muscle
reflex assessment.
Naturopathic Therapies
Naturopathic recommendations utilize a variety of therapeutic
modalities with our clients once we have identified your bodies
imbalances. Those therapies could include:
